My 7-year-old has a Wii and I’ve heard many people mention an exercise program that can be used with the Wii System.  Does anyone have it, what is it called, and is it working for you?

Hello Everyone,

My name is Shana and I’m soooo new to this kind of website thingy, so please feel free to step in and give me some direction here!  Let me tell you WHY I am seeking help.  I am such an emotional eater and since my mother died to years ago, I’ve been eating ever since!  I am normally a size 6 or so, and now I am borrowing my mother-in-laws clothes because I don’t want to buy bigger clothes.  I have also recently installed a beautiful new swimming pool and I am embarrased to go swimming with my kids!  I do have a lot of stress in my life, which makes the task of losing weight more difficult for me.  As I mentioned, I am a mother of 2, a real estate broker, and a fulltime student.  (I am pursing a BSN-Nursing).  Yes…I am studying to become a nurse and I feel as unhealthly and I can be.
